Holiday Fun...

The holidays are amazing.  I love the lack of structure and routine and I love having time to enjoy Jake and get him out and about.  Holidays mean time with the people we care about and Jake loved spending some time with Corky and Bi at the beach last week...
Bi is too cute for words at the moment...
And Connor is full of excitement...
And a little bit of silliness at the moment...
He eventually gives in and sees the funny side of things though...
Jake was playing with blue bottles, Bi collecting shells and Corky making sand castles...
Bi checking out her big brother's construction efforts...
She was too busy looking for shells to hang around tho...
Jake trying to scare Bi with a blue bottle, but she really couldn't have cared less...
The beach is the most amazing place for kids to burn up some of their extra energy...
Bi was getting frustrated in her skirt though and the weather had warmed up quite nicely...
She had her cozzie on underneath her clothes, so nice and easy...
 Jake is really funny...
Ummm... what else can I do??
 Seriously? So much energy...
And Jake and Corky were still trying to build sand castles and inspecting blue bottles...
These kids really are getting too big too quickly.  Jake seems to have settled into himself again and we seem to have reached a happy space in our home again.  It's tough growing up and I am really trying to be more patient :o) I can see that Jake is trying, so just riding the wave.  It is holidays though and Jake's got another big term ahead with exams just around the corner.  The gym pool is closed until the end of May for renovations, so Jake's having a swimming holiday, but rugby season starts as soon as school goes back and we'll be rushing around homework again in no time.

Sending love,
Sue XXX
